Hello Rose Jewelers Family. This is a tough post, but I'm going to be closing the shop to new work for a while. The crew will continue to work on pieces already dropped off, and we will still be able to do the appointments already scheduled, although I may have to call and move some around as needed. We will do our best to ensure that dates do not go out further, and will notify you if we foresee any delays. If there are warranty or emergency issues please call and we'll set up times to take care of anything needed. My father has been battling some things over the last year that have worsened. He has opted to bring hospice in, but he is going to need 24/7 care, so the family is taking turns helping out. I will not be available at normal times at the shop, and I will be responding to emails, texts, and social media messages related to work as time permits. It's difficult to know exactly how long this will be, but I will keep everyone informed. As many of you know, my dad started this business in the basement of his dad's house and grew the business to what it is today. We serve 1000's of customers who have been coming here for over 40 years. It's always nostalgic for me to work on something someone says he made 30 years ago. The thing he loved more than anything in this business was his customers. We say Rose Jewelers Family for a reason, because he has made so many friends and relationships with all of you. From the bottom of his heart, he wanted to say thank you for all the years of trust and friendships he's made. Thank you for your understanding. Jim and the Rose Jewelers team.
