    Repairs

    All jewelry repairs are performed in-house. Turnaround ranges between 3 business days to 2 weeks. Please call us or visit us in-store for an accurate estimate. Our prices are fair and reasonable, and we will always be upfront if we expect any issues before we start the work.

    Listed prices are starting costs. An estimate for repair will be provided upon drop-off. Final pricing may vary depending on the type of metal, thickness, and gemstones/diamonds set.

    Appraisals and Stone Identification by Gem Pro:

    Gem pro is an independant, fully qualified gemological laboratory and consulting service with a GIA Graduate Gemologist and Senior Member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers.

    "Using the highest degree of professional excellence and ethics, I provide fast and accurate appraisals and gemstone identification." 

    • Insurance or Estate Appraisal: $140 Your jewelry is cleaned in-house, then appraised by a Gemology Institute of America (GIA) Graduate Gemologist®.
    • Gemstone Identification: $90
    • Pickup and drop-off is every Tuesday. For quick turnaround, please drop off your piece(s) Monday to ensure we have time to clean it before pickup. Pieces dropped off Tuesday through Friday will go out the following week.
    Watch Services

    Please note: Watch services are no longer a while-you-wait service. We've hired a professional watchmaker (horologist) to come in on Wednesdays and take care of all your watch needs.

    Gold and Stone Purchasing

    We offer a very competitive rate for purchasing your unwanted gold. We may make an offer on some gemstones and diamonds, but laboratory grading is required before purchase. If your piece has not been graded, we can arrange this service for you for a fee.

    We accept grade reports from:

    • Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
    • EGL Gemological Laboratory
    • International Gemological Institute (IGI)
    • American Gem Society (AGS)

    We sort, separate, and recommend what you should do to get the most profit out of your estates. We will also make an offer to purchase as a whole if you choose to do so.
