In addition to designing and crafting unique jewelry, we offer a variety of services, including repairs, restorations, and appraisals. For your convenience, we've listed starting prices below. Final pricing may vary. Please visit us in-store for an accurate estimate.

Complementary Services

    Repairs

    All jewelry repairs are performed in-house by certified bench jewelers. Turnaround ranges between 2-4 weeks. Please call us or visit us in-store for an accurate estimate. Our prices are based on current metal market, and we will always be upfront if we expect any issues before we start the work.  

    For security, each piece is photographed and tied to your ID for drop-off and pick up so you can comfortably know you're jewelry is in good hands.  Nothing leaves our shop unless previously discussed for engraving, gradation, or if a stone needs to be sent out for particular color matching. 

    Listed prices are starting costs. An estimate for repair will be provided upon drop-off. Final pricing may vary depending on the type of metal, thickness, and gemstones/diamonds set.

    Watch Services

    Please note: Watch services are no longer a while-you-wait service. We've hired a professional watchmaker (horologist) to come in on Wednesdays and take care of all your watch needs.

    Engraving

    Engraving is done by a local engraver.  Typical turnaround is 3 weeks.

    Inside ring engraving / Signet Engraving - $150

    Watch Back Engraving - $100

    Detailed engraving (fingerprint, mountain range, pictures) $400.  Idea must be submitted for review prior to moving forward.

     

    Gold and Stone Purchasing

    Gold and Silver are at historic heights!  We purchase used, broken, new, bullion, coins, and scrap.  Drop in anytime for an offer.  We do it based on current metal markets, and weigh it on the day you drop in.  We cannot give estimates over the phone.

    We offer a very competitive rate for purchasing your unwanted gold. We may make an offer on some gemstones and diamonds, but laboratory grading is required before purchase. If your piece has not been graded, we can arrange this service for you for a fee.

    We accept grade reports from:

    • Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
    • EGL Gemological Laboratory
    • International Gemological Institute (IGI)
    • American Gem Society (AGS)

    We sort, separate, and recommend what you should do to get the most profit out of your estates. We will also make an offer to purchase as a whole if you choose to do so.
