We offer an exchange period for issues related to size. To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact our office within 3 days of receiving your piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your item and wish to exchange it for a different size, please contact our office within the time frame.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• Past the 3-day window, a $450 labor, plus material costs charge, will be required for a new ring to be made.

We can use the original gold in the casting so you don't lose the sentiment as well.

A note on timing:

Ring re-makes typically take around 5-10 business days. This does not include shipping time. If this affects your wedding date, please reach out to us and well do our best to accommodate.
